Texas Constitution Propositions 1-14
On Monday, October, 2, 2023, the agenda included multiple speakers. We heard from Elaine Cook, Senate District 23 Committeewoman, and Ed Zenner, Senate District 23 Committeeman, from the Tarrant County SREC. They shared pros and cons on each of the fourteen Texas Constitution propositions that will be on the ballot in November. The scheduled speakers from Turning Point USA could not make it to the meeting.
Here are three resources, in no particular order, for details on the amendments:
- Texas Scorecard proposition descriptions are provided in a NEWS DIGEST by Brandon Waltens for your review and consideration.
- Here is the SREC Amendments PowerPoint presentation that was reviewed at our meeting. 11.07.2023 – Constitutional Amendment Presented by SREC23 Elaine and Ed
