2014 – 2017

Before becoming the Grand Prairie Republican Club we are today, a group of like-minded individuals began gathering for informal conversations on issues important to Republicans.

Between 2014 and 2016, their meetings attracted more attendees, some of whom sought to cause disruptions. During that time, the Steering Committee initiated discussions about forming an official 501(c)(7) Social Club. By formally becoming a Social Club in 2017, the group was able to establish a constitution and membership rules, ensuring that only paid members committed to upholding the club’s values and constitution could speak at meetings.

The original Steering Committee and Founding Members of the Grand Prairie Republican Club—Tina Aviles, Malcom Chakery, Jack Wolfson, and Cody Vasser—worked diligently to establish the constitution that continues to guide our club today.
